[IPMSDL Statement] On Palace’s remarks tagging HROs as tools of drug lords

Dear all,

We are very grateful for all the support you have given and continue to give to Beverly and all the human rights defenders in the Philippines. I have attached here Beverly’s letter of thanks, a Press Release on the status of the campaign for HRDs, as well as IPMSDL’s statement on the Philippine Government’s recent claim that human rights organizations are “unwitting tools” of drug lords.
